Their vision was the creation of a group that would allow independent professionals to better meet client needs by combining knowledge, skills and resources while still retaining true professional independence. Achievement of this vision has not always been easy. However, today Ndarala has evolved into a 38 practice Group with members located in four countries. Members and Membership Ndarala welcomes new members. Membership is open to all independent professional practices and professionals sharing the Group's vision and values. Consistent with our original vision, each Ndarala member professional or professional practice retains complete independence to deliver customised and personal service. Our objective is to help our members achieve their personal, professional and business objectives while improving client service. Creating and Disseminating Knowledge Consistent with our overall objective of advancing management knowledge and improving business and operational performance in public and private sectors, the Group has a strong focus on the creation and dissemination of knowledge among members, collective clients and the broader community.
