Country Week Media Release: 7 October 2005 Country Week 2006 will once again take place in August at the Rosehill Gardens Event Centre, Sydney, from August 11-13, with communities from all over New South Wales showcasing their regions to Sydneysiders looking to make the ultimate 'tree or seachange'. The expo will also be supported by a variety of corporate organisations with useful information on real estate, employment, education, health and lifestyle opportunities. According to Country Week's Peter Bailey, the 2006 event is shaping up to be the best yet. "Country Week is designed to showcase the opportunities offered by regional NSW for business, work, life and play", Mr Bailey said. "The 2005 event generated over one million dollars worth of media coverage on regional opportunities, with the sixty plus regions participating experiencing strong follow up interest". "We want to build on this base in 2006," Mr Bailey concluded.
