Welcome > Client Services Client ServicesThis section of the web site deals with delivery of services to clients. Each Ndarala member practice is completely independent with its own services and clients. In addition, members combine with other members and the Group itself where this will better meet the needs of individual clients. This means that a client may be a client of a member, of several members in combination or of the Group. The driver in all cases is client service. Ndarala's role in the process is to facilitate effective service development and delivery. To this end, we group related services into practices. This provides a focus for service development, while making it easier to explain collective offerings to clients. Ndarala's client services are grouped under five main practice headings linking together member practices and professionals providing services in that area. This means that a practice area might, for example, include consultants, trainers. lawyers and engineers all providing core services relevant to that practice. Our main practice areas are: Strategy- Helping clients identify and respond to business opportunities and key strategic challenges, to set and achieve longer term objectives and to design, grow and evaluate their organisation, business, products and projects. Includes economic analysis and program evaluation, research and government relations. Organisational Development and Human Resources- Helping clients define and implement the organisational structures and culture required for effective performance and to recruit, retain and manage the people needed to achieve their objectives. Intellectual Property, Innovation and Technology- Helping clients become more effective innovators and to identify, develop, commercialise and manage their portfolio of knowledge, intellectual property and technology assets. Business improvement- Helping clients improve the way they do business across the total range of business functions and needs. Training- Helping customers identify and acquire the skills necessary to achieve their business objectives.
